7 Simple Immunity-Boosting Recipes

We’re all running out of ideas of what to feed ourselves and our families. As if we didn’t have enough to consider right now, we’re also trying to eat healthy (ish) with limited supplies. Maybe it’s a good time to experiment with simpler meals?

For many people the idea of cooking even just one meal a week at home is daunting. We got you. Now’s a great time to get comfy in the kitchen. Maybe you’ll find some inspiration and comfort in these meals.

The following recipes have been selected for their convenience, simplicity, comfort level and for their potential immune-boosting properties, with a good balance of veggies, high-quality protein and healing foods like garlic, bone broth and ginger. Best of all, most ingredients are canned or frozen with the exception of a few root vegetables and greens (that are actually quite easy to grow at home, along with herbs).
