Hawai’i has long been her home. The multi-cultural traditions and foodways in the islands are a source of fascination and inspiration to the joy of food and mealtimes. Food is more than fuel for the body; food and shared meals are nourishment to our soul and spirit.
She has over 30 years experience as a registered dietitian and is currently enrolled in a functional nutrition certification course.
